For customers wishing to carry out Firetrace fire suppression system installations themselves, we recommend taking part in our training course.
Courses are held here at our Ipswich facility and are scheduled regularly normally to suit the delegates schedule.
Courses start at 10.00am and duration is 5 – 6 hours depending on questions and discussions.
The course starts with an introductory video before being issued a training manual which refers to not only the different types of fire suppression systems available but also design layouts, commissioning procedures, applications, installation & servicing.
On completion a certificate of attendance. Both the training manual and certificate can be kept by the attendee.
Individuals name are then kept on a register for our records.
This is followed by some “hands on” practical commissioning of Firetrace systems.
Finally, a question and answer session, although attendees are free to ask questions as they arise during the course.
If you wish to travel the day prior to the course, we can recommend a number of local hotels or B&Bs depending on your requirements.
You should be aware that course is open to employees from other companies for our convenience.
