How do I order Firetrace?

Which Firetrace System is best for my application?

It is recommended that you email us the dimensions and images of your applcation or contact us on 01473 744090 to discuss which Firetrace system is best for your application.

I am doing a self installation - what components do I need?

We at Firetrace pride ourselves that we put everything you will need to complete any installation in the delivery.

Can I fit Firetrace myself?

Our systems are quite simple to install but we reccomend attending our product training course. Similarly, please feel free to give us a call and one of our techincal team would be happy to help.

Do I need an electrical supply for Firetrace to operate?

No, Firetrace is a standalone system pneumatically operated from its own reservoir. Although, it can be interfaced with alarm and plant shutdown via a pressure switch that is removable under pressure for test purposes.

Can I isolate the power supply in the event of a fire?

Yes. Alarm initiation and plant shutdown can be achieved via a pressure switch that is removable under pressure for test purposes.

How long does my order take to process?

Standard systems are available ex stock and most specially built systems can be dispatched within seven days.

Can I pay by credit/debit card?

Yes, please! We accept most major credit cards.
