Our fire suppression system design and technical team have many years experience in designing systems to suit specific applications.
Using photographs and measurements, we can reccomend and design the system best suited for your specific application.
We require meaurements to be the single biggest volume in m³ (SBV) that the system needs to inert in the event of activation.
If this is not feasible, we will be pleased to visit you and your site to survey the application that requires protecting. (Subject to availability)
Whether you supply the information or we survey your site, we will supply you with a free no obligation quotation detailing the system or systems that best suits the application.

Firetrace can be designed for almost any conceivable application. Our systems go directly to the seat of the fire and suppress the problem before it becomes a catastrophe.
We can then supply Firetrace systems for you to install yourself. We do, however, advise anyone planning to undertake their own installation to attend one of our free one day training courses to learn more about our systems and their installation. Or if you prefer, our in-house experienced engineers are able to carry out any Firetrace fire suppression system installation for you, whatever the application, situation or locations.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, your fire suppression system will be manufactured and dispatched to you by courier.
If at any point during the installation you have an issue, you can contact our technical team via telephone anytime between 08.30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
We will send you everything you will need to complete the installation of your fire suppression system.
However, if you need any more components please contact us and we can despatch additional items to you on a next day courier service when ordered before 1pm to ensure next day delivery is possible.
In line with BS5306:pt3, Firetrace fire suppression systems should be serviced annually by a competent engineer.
Our servicing team will be pleased to supply a competitive quote or servicing contract for your Firetrace systems, even if they have been fitted and serviced by another company in the past. During the service our engineer will inspect the system and tubing, provide a proof test and issue a certificate of inspection.
Similarly, if the system has reached the end of it's lifespan we would also service exchange this to ensure your system complies.
